Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to provide exceptional service in a branch setting, building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored banking solutions.

You will leverage fintech tools and collaborate with specialists to meet diverse financial needs while maintaining strict regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication, a track record in sales, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements. License registration within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
