Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products and services into interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
• Complete and manage lifecycle of relationships per consumer banking standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other tasks per policies.
• May work at various locations within the market.
