Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process through greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants; manage lifecycle of relationships per consumer bank standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks per policies and procedures.
• Carry out other related duties and projects as assigned.
• Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, and mitigating daily risk as required by FNB’s risk program.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws and company procedures.
