Job summary

Fidelity Bank Co. is seeking a customer-focused Teller to greet customers, perform day-to-day transactions, and recommend suitable products using Teller Pod technology. You will build relationships, identify needs, and deliver a high-quality banking experience in a team-oriented branch.

The role emphasizes sales alongside outstanding customer service, with confidentiality and brand values guiding daily duties.

Qualifications

Minimum two years’ experience with the public/customers.
Minimum one year of sales experience.
Strong written, verbal communication skills and cash handling experience.
Demonstrated ability to deliver customer service and be a team player with the ability to move into different roles.
One year of supervisory experience preferred (if applicable).

Responsibilities

Referring products that provide a better banking experience for our customers.
Demonstrating knowledge of Fidelity’s products and services.
Seeking sales opportunities through customer relationships and conversations.
Recommending Bank products and services using Teller Pod technology to conduct day-to-day transactions.
Greeting and welcoming customers into the branch.
Establishing relationships by understanding customers’ needs and recommending solutions.
Fostering teamwork across all areas of the Bank.
Engaging customers and delivering exceptional service at all touch points and zones within the branch.
Maintaining confidentiality and upholding Fidelity Bank’s core values.
