Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships by delivering high-quality customer service.
• Assist customers from start to finish as a full relationship manager.
• Perform teller duties daily and balance drawers.
• Interview customers to obtain information and promote bank products and services.
• Open and close accounts using needs-based techniques.
• Assist with loan options, applications, and closings.
• Support electronic services, Wealth Management, and loan departments as needed.
• Participate in outbound calling or business development to support branch goals.
• Ensure branch appearance and cleanliness, manage lobby flow, and handle branch operations.
