Job summary

The Fidelity Bank is hiring a Relationship Banker I to perform teller and cash vault transactions with accuracy and timeliness, while delivering exceptional customer service in line with bank policies. Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions and assist with account inquiries.
• Identify needs of new and existing customers and offer appropriate products and services.
• Assist with internal controls and daily report follow-up, plus night depository deposits and other duties.
• Consistently provide a high level of customer service in line with bank standards.
• Mitigate losses through accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.
• Achieve individual and/or team financial, production and relationship goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
