Job summary

Foresight Bank is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Teller to deliver outstanding customer service and handle transactions with accuracy. You will balance cash drawer, process deposits and withdrawals, and answer inquiries to meet customer needs.

Refer customers to the proper department for product and service needs, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policy. Prior retail banking or cash handling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year retail banking or customer service experience required.
• Cash handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer experience in person or over the phone.
• Perform bank transactions including checking, savings, and loan transactions.
• Balance and reconcile cash drawer; verify endorsements and balances.
• Refer customers to appropriate department for products/services.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to bank policies.
