East West Bank in California seeks a Relationship Officer to manage and expand a diverse client portfolio across commercial and consumer banking products. You will drive business generation, advise clients, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored financial solutions.

You will coach junior staff, ensure high touch service, and leverage digital tools to optimize banking experiences for clients, partners, and communities the bank serves.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in commercial lending or consultative relationship sales with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; international experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve goals through business generation across C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury, deposits and investments.
• Understand credit policy and identify loan eligibility; analyze client business and opportunities.
• Motivate and coach employees to reach sales and service goals.
• Time management and results-oriented approach.
• Use digital resources to enhance clients' digital banking experience and learn new programs.
• Educate customers on using digital platforms for banking and investing.
