Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent required.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required (or enrolled in JPMorganChase licensing).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, welcoming service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
