JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering welcoming, knowledgeable service and leveraging technology to meet clients' financial needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering appropriate products and solutions while adhering to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls. The role requires licensing milestones and weekend/evening hours where needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, to tailor product features.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and effectively consult with clients and team of experts.
