Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a customer service oriented teller/associate for Regular or Temporary positions in the United States. You will deliver timely client transactions, maintain accurate records, and support IRM initiatives while promoting Truist solutions and digital channels.

The role requires English proficiency, the ability to work 1st shift, and flexibility for occasional travel and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Truist solutions for clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
