Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and problem resolution.
• Contribute to meeting client service and sales targets by expanding client relationships.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in leadership routines of Truist Retail Community Bank.
