Job summary

Truist is seeking a client-focused professional to deliver an industry-leading service experience in person and by phone while expanding client relationships. You will cross-train to perform teller duties as needed and contribute to meeting branch sales targets by offering financial solutions and referrals to internal specialists.

Essential duties include handling routine client requests, maintaining strong client relationships, and demonstrating advanced product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task and travel as needed.
