Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a customer-focused banking professional for Regular status in Vineland, NJ. You will deliver outstanding service in person and by phone, develop client relationships, and expand financial solutions through consultative conversations and referrals.

You may also assist with teller duties as needed. The role emphasizes meeting client service and sales goals, collaborating with internal specialists, and maintaining compliance with policies and risk controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment and pass a background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide an industry leading client service experience in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and sales targets by offering products and services.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists and support team sales processes.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing training.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Maintain compliance with policies and risk management procedures.
