Truist in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks a Regular full‑time team member to accurately complete client transactions and deliver superior service. You will learn and apply digital banking tools, support outbound client outreach, and assist with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include educating clients on self‑service solutions and maintaining strong records, with a focus on quality, compliance, and teamwork within the Retail Community Bank

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and use PC keyboard/software.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends/extended hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions; assist with complex tasks as needed.
• Educate clients on digital self‑service options like ATMs and Online/Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, checking offers, and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; vary workload by branch needs.
