Job summary

Truist in Moorestown, NJ is looking for a customer-focused client service representative to build and expand client relationships while delivering financial solutions after consultative conversations. The role includes cross-training to perform teller duties and handling deposits, loans, and related transactions.

You will support branch sales goals through proactive conversations, referrals, and knowledge of banking products, with emphasis on service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days and pass NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task and travel for staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Handle routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Meet/exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Consultative conversations; refer complex needs to specialists.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines.
• Attend trainings to improve sales techniques.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
• Ensure compliance with policies and risk management.
• Provide friendly service and assist with teller transactions.
