Truist in the United States is hiring for a branch teammate focused on delivering exceptional client service. The role involves completing transactions accurately, educating customers on digital banking, and supporting sales through outbound outreach.

The position requires good communication, the ability to multi-task, and a willingness to travel for staffing needs. You will work regular hours, including weekends as needed.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and strict time constraints.
• Experience with branch automation software and PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide courteous client transactions and accurate record keeping.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to serve clients.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge through training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
