Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Must meet licensing requirements (SIE, Series 6, state registrations,Life licenses) within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
