Job summary

Truist is hiring at our Bradenton, FL branch for a role focused on delivering exceptional client service in person and over the phone while expanding client relationships. You will help meet sales targets by offering appropriate deposit, credit, and retirement products and referring more complex needs to specialists.

You must have a high school diploma, 2 years of client sales and service experience, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Cross-sell banking products and refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Assist with teller transactions and greet clients to navigate the branch.
• Support branch sales targets through consultative conversations and relationship growth.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
