Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience required.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment including NMLS checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent client service in person and by phone to develop and expand client relationships.
• Assist with sales targets by offering products/services and cross-selling opportunities.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and training.
• Attend meetings and training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
