Job summary

Truist Wealth in Eddyville, KY seeks a Regular Retail Client Associate to deliver outstanding service in person and over the phone, expanding client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals. You may perform teller duties as needed and support sales targets with deposit, credit and retirement product offerings.

You'll engage clients with professionalism, work weekends/extended hours when required, and travel to support temporary staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days including NMLS background checks.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekend/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and over the phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships and refer to specialists as needed.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties.
