Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time team member in Louisville to deliver an exceptional client service experience in person and by phone, while expanding client relationships with financial solutions through consultative conversations.

You will support the sales process, handle teller duties as needed, and refer complex needs to specialists. A strong emphasis on service quality, product knowledge, and regulatory compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients and building client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days of employment including NMLS background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships through consultative conversations and referrals.
• Assist with teller duties as needed.
• Meet or exceed client service and branch sales targets.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists when appropriate.
• Advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications.
