Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, attentive service and financial guidance at our branch in Dover, NJ. You will greet clients, assist with account openings, and leverage Chase Mobile App and online tools to meet daily banking needs.

You will build trusted client relationships, educate customers on products, and collaborate with the branch team to achieve financial goals while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet financial goals.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices, vaults, and ATMs in line with policies.
