• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and guide use of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge—teamwork with the branch.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and ATM tasks, following bank policies.
