Job summary

You will greet clients, open accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and online banking, and collaborate with branch teammates to help clients achieve their financial objectives while staying compliant and accurate in cash handling.

Qualifications

• Deliver attentive, friendly client service and create a welcoming branch environment.
• Build trusted relationships and understand client needs through active listening.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to assist clients.
• Prior client service experience or comparable experience is preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members to reach financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling following bank policies.
