Responsibilities

• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties, in line with bank procedures.
