Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and expertise in banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor thoughtful solutions and improve their financial lives.

You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate on technology like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with specialists to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• NMLS registration requirements and related licensing.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed expectations - deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures to consult with clients and collaborate with team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
