You will greet clients, open and service accounts, assist with digital channels, and collaborate with branch colleagues to meet client needs while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on digital banking tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build lasting relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in compliance with bank procedures.
