Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Work hours including weekends/evenings; complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand and meet clients' needs.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with team support.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
