Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker for our branch network. You will greet clients, assess financial needs, and offer thoughtful solutions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM services to support daily banking.

You will build lasting relationships with assigned clients, meet in person or by phone, and collaborate with experts to tailor recommendations while adhering to risk, compliance, and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Learn products, services and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, and collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialised financial needs.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.
