Qualifications

• Ability to greet clients, provide attentive service and handle branch operations.
• Willingness to learn Chase products and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs for self-service.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following policies.
