Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client service in our branch environment. You will welcome clients, explain banking solutions, and connect them with the right specialists to address financial needs.

You will use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support customers, while learning products, processes, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliant, knowledgeable guidance. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail/Financial Services.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
