Job summary

You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining relationships, offering thoughtful solutions to address financial needs and make clients’ lives easier.

The role requires sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to navigate licensing and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.
• High school degree or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration, and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• English and Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
