JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and innovative banking solutions to clients. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer tailored solutions that address clients’ financial needs.

You will educate clients on technology tools and work with a team of experts to meet regulatory requirements and provide exceptional service.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, complying with regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
