Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and expert financial guidance.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful product solutions to meet their financial needs and enhance their lives. You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on technology tools, and collaborate with a team of specialists to address complex financial needs while maintaining strict regulatory

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in acquiring and growing clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product and service benefits to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Licensing requirements: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
