Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent the brand with hospitality and cut-edge financial technology. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions and help address banking needs.

You will educate clients on digital solutions and work with a team of experts to support complex financial needs, while adhering to regulatory requirements and branch hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
