JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch. You will build and retain meaningful client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging digital tools to enhance service delivery.

The role requires strong sales experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Weekend/evening hours are expected, with licensing support provided during onboarding.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to deliver memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Meet risk/compliance obligations and complete training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses or willing to obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, services, and procedures and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
