Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch and deliver hospitality-driven service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions that address customers’ needs and support branch success.

You will educate clients on technology tools and collaborate with specialists to meet complex financial needs, while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and provide thoughtful solutions.
• Ability to adhere to risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or GED; foreign equivalent accepted.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships.
• Explain and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and coordinate with experts.
• Comply with banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
