Job summary

You will use banking solutions and technology to address financial needs, while upholding compliance and risk controls.

The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekend/evening hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related field with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues promptly with attention to detail and a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with internal/external regulations, including required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor financial solutions.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and guide product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com; connect them with experts for complex needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and collaborate with the team while complying with policies.
