You will engage clients in person and over the phone, educate them on Chase Mobile App and digital channels, meet regulatory requirements, and collaborate with a team of experts to support complex financial solutions.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Adhere to risk, compliance obligations, and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; licensing requirements to be obtained.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• College degree or military equivalent is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone.
