Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch in California. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful banking solutions.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients, advising on products, and leveraging Chase technology to enhance service. It requires 1+ year sales in banking, strong communication, and flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features/benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training for compliance.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Must obtain SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses within 180 days of hire through JPMC licensing program.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
