You will guide clients through banking products and technology, delivering high-quality service to help meet financial goals and build lasting trust. The role requires sales experience in retail banking, strong communication skills, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with regulatory obligations, including training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect clients to team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
