Job summary

Chase is hiring a Relationship Banker at a local branch to deliver welcoming, knowledgeable service and build lasting client relationships. You will engage clients, uncover financial needs, and guide them to appropriate products using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATM access.

Role requires banking sales experience, licensing (SIE, FINRA 6, 63 if needed, Life licenses) and willingness to work weekends/evenings. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• All unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
