JPMorganChase in New York is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand and deliver hospitality-first service. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using financial knowledge to offer solutions and improve their banking experience.

You will educate clients on Chase mobile and online tools, collaborate with a team of experts, and adhere to regulatory requirements while supporting branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to build trust and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to experts as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
