Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years teller or customer service experience; cash handling preferred.
• Obtain Notary Public commission within the first year of employment.
• Strong customer service, communication, math, and cash-handling skills.
• Basic computer and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve, learn banking products and procedures, and communicate confidently with customers.
• Self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple market locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend Bank products and services, including cross-selling and referrals.
• Build and strengthen customer relationships through in-branch interactions, outbound calls, and business development initiatives.
• Open consumer and business accounts, CDs, and other Bank products while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, official checks, money orders and other requests accurately.
• Follow branch policies and procedures related to operations, cash handling, compliance, audits, opening/closing, vault/ATM management, and balancing.
• Provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to support customers' financial needs.
