Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field with 2–4 years in sales/service.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification required or obtainable.
• Strong verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Sales orientation with flexibility for weekend coverage as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative conversations with customers to expand relationships.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently for both consumer and business clients.
• Cross-sell deposit and loan products using a needs-based approach.
• Leverage Salesforce for customer interactions and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to enhance lobby management and outreach.
• Maintain knowledge of laws, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
