Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a sales/service environment.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification may be required.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to operate various equipment and devices.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Sales-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative conversations to build rapport and expand relationships.
• Work independently and with the team to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
• Process traditional customer transactions accurately and professionally.
• Answer routine and complex questions on accounts, products, and policies; provide follow-up.
• Cross-sell bank deposit and loan products using a needs-based approach.
• Leverage digital channels to serve customers and expand relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer interactions and follow-up.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to enhance lobby management and outreach.
