• Must meet risk and regulatory obligations and training requirements.
• Licensing prerequisites: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; licensing program within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in-branch or over the phone.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, and build lasting relationships.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
