Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase branch in California. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering thoughtful financial solutions and leveraging digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include meeting with clients in person and by phone, educating them on products, while adhering to regulatory and risk requirements. Must be willing to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings, and pursue required

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand clients' needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
