Qualifications

• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to deepen relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with the team to help with financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
